Lincoln Tech Hiring for Financial Aid File Processor – Remote Position at Parsippany, NJ Full Time
Lincoln Tech’s Corporate office is seeking a Financial Aid File Processor. In this role the you will be responsible for keeping current with knowledge of internal Lincoln processes, packaging schematics for all program offerings, and Regulatory requirements for funding Title IV funds.
Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring all eligibility requirements are met for Title IV disbursements in accordance with federal regulations and company standards
Provide accurate and timely feedback regarding file review outcomes
Confirm and approve Title IV disbursements included in the student’s FA Notification
Ensure all direct costs are included in the student’s package and detailed in the FA Notification
Meeting file review minimum daily and weekly quotas set by managers. B
Maintain regulatory and system knowledge relating to assigned processing areas

Requirements:
Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience with processing for multiple locations in a centralized environment
Prior Financial Aid Experience in packaging various types of federal, state, and institutional funding
Proficient in the use of Office 365, Campus Nexis a plus
BA Degree (preferred)
