IQVIA are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity, for a passionate Talent Acquisition Director, to join our EMEA Clinical TA team. In this role, you will lead and manage Associate Directors and Managers, coupled with ensuring business delivery, through to establishing a strong employer brand.
This role provides strategic support for continuous improvements of the recruitment function, through to development and implementation of all recruitment programs. As a leader, you will provide expertise, support, and advice on the talent acquisition process to assigned management teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage a talent acquisition team for assigned business function/region, through a direct line or matrix reporting structure
Coach and develop the talent acquisition team to ensure the provision of high-quality support and consultancy through vision and values • Senior stakeholder management across various clinical business areas, focusing on setting and leading strategic direction
Drive and present quality market insight and recruitment performance to senior business leaders, both in and outside of Talent Acquisition, through weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annual reviews
Providing thought leadership on hiring challenges, process improvement opportunities and employee engagement opportunities
Keep up to date with market trends and demand impacting the company’s ability to attract competitive candidates
Directing initiatives and content that attracts and drives brand reputation amongst top industry talent
Ensure key stakeholders are informed and up to date on progress against key recruitment initiatives and metrics
Promote a growth mindset, strategic agility, and drive innovation.
Requirements:
A deep understanding of recruitment processes and systems
8 years’ experience of managing a team
Experience operating with executive management and leadership teams
Proven ability to provide executive quality data and reporting on market insight and recruitment activity
The ability to recommend process improvements
A high attention to detail
Ability to take ownership
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients
