Remember that kid in school who always got their homework done on time, kept their cool when everyone else was in a panic and was always there when you needed a hand? If it was, you’re exactly the type of person we need to work within our Administration team as our Receptionist in our Contact Centre. In this position as an AMA Ambassador, you’ll be responsible for answering and directing all incoming reception calls to the appropriate business unit or staff member in a warm and welcoming manner. You will also professionally greet and screen visitors in an inviting way. A variety of administrative tasks excite and challenge you. If this is you, we want to hear from you!
**We are looking to fill 2 regular part-time positions, consisting of 21 hours per week Monday through Friday.**

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll be a team player. We have a motivating and enthusiastic work environment, and we’re looking for people who can positively contribute to it.
You will handle incoming calls for several of our business areas.
You’ll be a Health & Safety Committee representative for the Association.
You’ll be a go-to person for guests as well as staff approaching the reception area with general inquiries or requests.
You will maintain logbooks and the central reception directory.
You’ll manage administrative tasks, act as a shared resource for the business areas, including mail and data entry.
You will assist with centre events, supply inventory, and support other business areas as required.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE
You have a high school diploma.
You already have experience in reception, general office procedures or administration and customer service experience.
You have outstanding communication skills with the ability to speak and write professionally in a clear and concise manner.
You’re well versed in standard computer applications and proficient in MS office.
You’re comfortable with learning and becoming proficient with new systems and processes.
