What you will be doing as a Talent Acquisition Partner:

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process for hourly field positions (high volume)
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with field hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met.
• Tracks status of applications in the application tracking system, performs accurate notes and communicates with candidates in professional and timely manner.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls
• Collaborate with recruitment team to develop and execute on recruitment strategy that meets company business goals.
• Proactive sourcing candidates through online channels
• Partners with HR to streamline the background and onboarding process of applicants
• Build and nurture a collaborative MedSpeed team culture
• Other tasks as assigned

What you need to become a Talent Acquisition Partner at MedSpeed:

• Minimum 3-5 years of overall high-volume recruiting experience, with 2+ years of experience supporting hourly roles
• Proven track record of building relationships with middle management and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent written and oral communication, strong interpersonal skills
• Collaborative work style, able to work well within and across departments
• Ability to take initiative
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and achieve goals
• Service minded a must, teamwork driven and be able to multitask with rapid change.
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination depending on location and local mandates
