Who We’re Looking For:
Our ideal Quality Assurance Specialist has a creative mindset and the ability to approach a problem inquisitively with a solution orientated approach. You’ll have a meticulous approach to your work and the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems.

What You’ll Get To Do:

• Perform manual tests with a meticulous attention to detail
• Help improve and manage test plans and coordinate testing across teams as required
• Identify and document defects, bugs, errors within the system and work with developers to verify fixes
• Create and maintain system documentation
• Participate in requirements, design and code reviews
• Stage test environments to reproduce customer reported issues
• Expand your knowledge to learn selenium and automated testing
• Monitor and add data required for the AI to continue to learn
• Review raw AI data to ensure it is behaving as expected
• Collaborate with teams to enhance the quality of software delivery
• Be a systems expert and a resource for the team to troubleshoot and problem solve on perceived system errors

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Understanding and knowledge of relational databases
• SQL query or MongoDB query knowledge
• Understanding of digital tracking (cookie and pixel tracking) and technical systems considered an asset
• Knowledge of various programming languages such as HTML5, JavaScript, NodeJS, PHP are considered an asset.
• High attention to detail and the ability to think two steps ahead
• Ability to focus and get things done while juggling a wide range of tasks
• Energetic and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure, environment
