Metropolitan Thames Valley Hiring for Talent Coordinator at Farringdon Full Time

This role will play an integral part in supporting the ongoing development and delivery of the Talent strategy across MTVH.

You will assist in our journey to build and enhance talent development initiatives including Apprenticeships, Leadership development, and Graduate programmes.

You will also support the internal and external marketing of Talent embedding our values, building a ‘can do’ culture and to better our delivery of services to customers.

What you’ll need to succeed

We have lots to do, and the role will require experience working in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, contribute ideas and can work well as part of a team.
