Artisan People Hiring for HR Coordinator at London Full Time
We are on the hunt for a charismatic, motivated new HR Coordinator to join a globally renowned skincare brand at their London office. This role will involve four days working in the office and one day working from home.
The Role
As HR Coordinator, you will support the management of all aspects of the company’s Human Resources needs. You will offer advice and support on HR matters, developing solutions and initiatives in order to help the business achieve its goals. A people champion, you will be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Your key accountabilities will include:
Updating employee records and streamlining administrative processes
Recruitment and onboarding
Payroll administration and submission
Employee relations
Learning and development

Our client is looking for someone who is CIPD Level 5 qualified with a passion for people and a background in beauty or luxury goods. The perfect candidate is a friendly, approachable relationship builder who is able to operate with the utmost diplomacy and confidentiality.
You will have fantastic communication and organisational skills, alongside excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You will have previous experience in a similar role and brilliant commercial awareness and knowledge.
