Responsibilities

Take input from various sources and appropriately and accurately apply comments/feedback

Analyze business processes, and optimize the way these processes interact with the application software

Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and define user acceptance criteria for eCommerce platforms

Anticipate the Business needs before they arise and present solutions to project management that encompass issues at hand

Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills – ability to facilitate and interact at all levels of the organization

Collaborate with Quality Assurance and development teams to review test cases and ensure test coverage

Collaborate with all teams involved in software delivery to review and communicate requirements

Collaborate within eCommerce to identify data trends and revenue performance to help drive opportunities for optimization

Communicate across various teams including Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service, etc.

High level of personal energy and ability to maintain that activity level under conditions of time, pressure, and stress

Be one of the first points of contact for user support and problem solving

Requirements

College level diploma in IT, Business Analysis, or any other related field

3-5 years of experience working in Business Analysis experience.

Strong analytical and organizational skills and demonstrates the ability to solve complex problems by reviewing related information.

Strict attention to details: Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills

Excellent management and control of workflows to produce deliverables within required timeframes and quality standards

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Solid understanding of consumer electronics industry and eCommerce business structure

Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies and trends

Innovative and creative with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities

Ability to provide clear and effective communication both in technical and business terms

Experience or familiarity with working in an Agile methodology

Nice to have:
Fluent in English and Mandarin

Understanding of marketing automation and data integration tools

Understands e-Commerce Technologies as they relate to B2B and B2C and various Application Architectures

High proficiency in SQL, and any additional coding skill is an asset.
