This company are a consultancy firm operating within a diverse range of sectors including Civils, Earthworks, Drainage, Flood Risk Management and Environmental works. They work with an array of public and private sector clients on large scale projects across the country. Having a strong order book and the winning of lucrative new contracts, they are now looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

In this role your responsibilities will include; preparation of costs, value reporting, application for payments, subcontractor procurement, contract administration, value forecasts, tender submissions and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects within relevant constraints. This role is split between being site and office based.

This role would therefore ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor with experience working within the Civil Engineering industry who has the desire to progress and develop their career. You will also have experience working on different contracts and using relevant quantity surveying software. The ideal candidate will also be MRICS or have the desire to pursue this.
