Position Overview:
This position exists to serve as a bridge between clients and our company with regards to both programs and retail. This position is to assist the CEO on day-to-day administrative tasks and various team members as needed.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and ensure success of Pacific First Aid Ltd, by assisting in various areas such as
o Contact and deliver excellent customer service,
o Manage confidential information and accounts,
o Manage the maintenance and shipping of all equipment related to all courses.
o Data Entry & Filing
o Website Updates
o Stock Updates
o Tracking & Updating Shipments (Inbound and Outbound)
o Daily / Weekly Team updates
Administrative responsibilities
o invoicing,
o keep accurate records of all contractors’ and students’ certifications
Required Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma
At least 1 year of administration related work experience.
Fluency in English
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Additional skills, qualifications, and experience
Administrative qualifications (related degree, diploma, certificate)
Ideal Candidate:

Maturity in dealing with customers and colleagues
Must be fully familiar with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Teachable and ready to do on the job training.
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $16.00 – $22.00/hour.
