Role Description

We are looking for an energetic Trainer to join our Sales Operations Sales & Customer Process Team. You will get the opportunity to work in a world class team enabling Sales users across the organization with tools and processes to ensure optimal effectiveness. Tools use includes our Microsoft D365 CRM System, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft PowerBI Dashboards among others.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Training Needs Analysis

Design and produce training curriculum and materials in the form of Manuals, Lesson plans, Presentations, Videos, Assessments

Deliver individual and group training sessions, webinars, workshops – In Person or Virtually

Evaluation of training / learning effectiveness

Continuous learning in order to keep up to date with the changing technology, tools and process improvements

The role involves customized training dependent on user needs and business processes

The role includes some occasional travel

Qualifications

Sales training experience is preferred

Post-secondary education or equivalent preferred

Background in IT is an asset.

At least 5 years experience delivering Training

Enthusiasm for lifelong learning

Experience training CRM Systems & Sales Process

Provable Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Familiarity with PowerBI (user level) is an asset

Ability to organize and manage assigned tasks

Strong Time Management

Excellent verbal and written communication – English minimum, French is an asset

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types

The ability to motivate others

Able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.

A patient and friendly approach to teaching
