We have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our busy Rent Accounting team on a permanent basis.
As a Finance Assistant you will play a vital role in providing accurate accounting information for rent to the Group. This will include monitoring and inputting rent charges, updating stock charges and working towards month-end deadlines.
This is a highly administrative role where you will be working with large volumes of data and liaising with a range of stakeholders so ideally you will have great Excel skills, the ability to reconcile and check for errors and be able to build strong working relationships.

We want somebody who has:
Excellent ICT skills (Word, Excel, Cloud technologies)
5 GCSE’s or equivalent
Experience of providing an excellent customer driven service
Ability to establish strong, sustained working relationships based on respect and effective negotiation and influencing skills
Good problem solving and decision-making skills
Flexibility of working hours to meet deadlines as necessary
While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices as required. Our Group offices are in Birmingham Business Park and Central Park, Worcester, but it is likely that meetings will normally be held at Birmingham Business Park.
