About the role:

Due to growth within our aged care, At home and independent living services operations, we have a new opportunities for experienced Talent Acquisition Partners to join our friendly, high performing internal recruitment team.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you will be energetic and agile, with ability to partner with Hiring Managers to provide effective talent acquisition support and ensure excellent stakeholder and candidate experience. This includes advertising, sourcing, building talent pipelines, conducting interviews and provide talent acquisition advice to Hiring Managers.

There are 3 positions available, one (1) permanent full time and two (2) x 12-month fixed term.

We are 8 Recruiters working collaboratively and providing business partnership as the Talent and Organisational Development team. In this role you will be supporting our independent aged care, and At home service teams in all hiring needs.

As the Talent Partner you will:

• Be a brand ambassador for Anglicare and ensure an excellent experience to candidates and internal stakeholders
• Provide full cycle recruitment services from job briefing, advertising, interviews and compliance checks
• Administration of psychometric and ability assessments
• Responsible for talent pipeline creation, development, engagement, and management for critical and hard to fill roles
• Provision of recruitment advice to line managers
• Developing an understanding of operational requirements across the business to support the development of qualified candidate pipelines to feed into hiring needs
• Ensure an excellent candidate and line manager experience

As a Talent Partner Sourcing Specialist , you will:

• Support in the development and implementation of a broad range of strategic sourcing strategies including local, and regional sourcing campaigns
• Responsible for talent pipeline creation, development, engagement, and management for critical and hard to fill roles
• Development of passive candidate engagement strategies through search, social media, referrals and networking with targeted universities, companies, industry network groups etc.
• Customize creative methods to optimize the process of sourcing, screening and selection of ideal talents through various platforms
• Engage potential talents in the hiring landscape and increase awareness and knowledge of our industry to targeted audiences
• Data mining of ATS system and undertake industry market research source passive candidates

About You:

• You will have 3-5 years’ experience as a Recruiter, ideally in volume recruitment within Aged care or similar industry, internal or agency background
• Familiar working within a candidate management system – PageUp would be a bonus
• Excellent communication skills
• Be reliable and flexible
