We might have just the thing for you. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a great role to get involved in lots of different aspects of talent acquisition – from recruitment and careers events, to Diversity and Inclusion.
A small but busy team, Talent Acquisition sits within the wider HR and Recruitment team, and specifically look after programmes, projects and initiatives that find new talent for the business, as well as supporting the recruitment team with hiring inclusively.
In particular, this role will support with one of our key programmes – The Summer Internships, which give participants an eight-week experience working in publishing. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved with planning for the broad range of talent projects that we work on.
You can look forward to a fast-moving and varied day, which will likely include a mix of the following activities:
And there will be lots of other projects on the go where there’s plenty of opportunity to flex your creative muscle and make a difference, whilst keeping everything ticking over.

This role will be based at our Vauxhall Bridge Road office. However, we are open to flexible and remote working – this can be discussed further at interview.
