Our next key appointment is for an HR Director to live and breathe the Zest culture, driving growth and success through our people. You will be a highly strategic, innovative thinker, as well as data driven, and come with a wealth of experience to guide and develop our amazing HR team to deliver on their full potential.

We will require the ideal candidate to:

• Build and develop a high-performance HR team capable of delivering our goals and mission in line with our culture.
• Construct and implement HR programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; employee wellbeing; training and development; disciplinary matters, employment disputes and investigations.
• Embrace the Zest culture, driving growth and success through our people.
• Manage, develop and embed our company values and behaviours.
• Direct change management and organisational development.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to identify staffing and recruitment needs, monitor and improve talent management strategy to build and develop career pathways for all employees.
• Recommend new approaches and methods to drive continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and HR development.
• Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the business HR compliance and strategy.
• Guide and enable our leaders and managers to perform at a high level.
• Understand best practice but be innovative and flexible enough to do things differently, if “best” for Zest.
• Conduct research and analysis of organisational trends including review of reports and metrics from the HRIS and ATS.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, gamification and employment law.
• Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.
• Implement and manage the HR budget, reporting on the performance to the senior stakeholders.

Skills and qualifications:

• CIPD level 7 qualified.
• Generalist HR and employment law specialist.
• Ability to flex between strategic and operational HR in a high-performance environment.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and be strategy focused to act as a visionary for Zest.
