Peppers Moonah Links Resort is set on 588 acres of landscaped grounds. It boasts 96 accommodation rooms, 2 championship golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pool, 8 conference spaces, 2 restaurants and Pro shop.

A rare and exciting opportunity has come up to join the team this May in a five-month contract to cover our HR Manager’s parental leave. With ample flexibility, this role would be based across three days. With no two days the same, it calls for a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced HR Officer to take over as the lead for strategy in policy, engagement, recruitment and retention.

The role would include the below tasks:

• Staff Recruitment – end to end
• Coordination of new team member forms and contracts.
• Team member files.
• Manage employee training.
• Facilitate HR projects as directed.
• Assist team members with enquires.
• Stay up to date with new and existing compliances.
• Monitor attendance and leave accruals.
• Assist with payroll information.
• Complete HR reports following analysis.
