This new role of Assistant HR Director for OD will support the Executive HR Director with the development of a holistic People Strategy, being bold and ambitious about our people agenda. Specifically leading on the Organisational Development plan, designing a vision for leadership and culture and embedding high quality Organisational Development across the University. This is a role for someone with energy and vision who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role, with a keen focus on performance and pursuing excellence in all that we do, we are looking for a strong an experienced leader with a passion for making a difference to drive forward our ambitions.
The University operates an agile working approach. So, whilst the University campus will be your contractual place of work and you will be required to attend campus for defined activities, there will also be opportunities to adopt agile working with the agreement of your line manager.
This position is full time at 36.5 hours per week.
