Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication to guests and staff. In this role, you will support a welcoming environment through teamwork, reliability, and integrity while bringing an agile, people-first approach to every shift.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and/or visitors by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with hotel management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, hallways, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related issues.
• Monitor access points and common areas, helping to verify authorized entry, support visitor directions, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.
• Support hotel operations by assisting with disturbances, noise complaints, and/or trespassing concerns while maintaining a professional presence in a hospitality-focused location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
