To accelerate our next phase of growth, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to manage our newly centralized TA team supporting almost 2,000 employees across our 42 offices. At the heart of this role you will:

Responsibilities

• Develop talent acquisition strategy for HALO’s next phase of high growth. Over time, revise strategies based on emerging trends
• Analyze and revise the full cycle recruitment process
• Manage implementation of changes to recruitment processes inclusive of change management with hiring managers, HR business partners, HR operations, and HALO recruiters
• Manage a team of HALO recruiters and relationships with vendor and agencies that are an extension of the team
• Manage the full portfolio of openings for all non-executive salaried and hourly positions
• Manage recruiter assigned to contingent labor placements
• Revise HALO’s employment brand and partner with Marketing to implement updates to digital properties and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns
• Manage budget inclusive of headcount, recruitment tools, recruitment marketing
• Act as trusted advisor to Business Leaders and HR Business Partners
• Coach and develop recruiters how to recruit, attract, and pipeline
• Manage budget of recruitment marketing, recruitment technology, and agency spend
• Partner with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program Manager to track workforce diversification results and implement changes to accelerate progress
• Partner with People Analytics team build TA scorecard and dashboard to automate reporting
• Provide regular reporting (weekly, monthly) on key metrics to support monthly operating reviews for business, functions and workforce diversification initiatives
• Build hiring manager capability by identifying needs to Learning & Development team that will communicate all recruiting changes to process, tool enhancement, and more

. Requirements:

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in high-volume environments, agency preferred or corporate recruiting for advertising or marketing firms
• 2+ years managing full cycle recruiters
• 2+ years of budget management experience
• Previous experience analyzing recruiting processes and implementing changes
• In-depth experience with recruiting sources, including social channels, emerging technologies, referral programs, strategic advertising placements, networking, and industry associations
• Highly developed selections skills to advise and develop recruiters
• Ability to tell compelling narratives using data and visualize in an easy-to-understand manner
• Agile and comfortable with ambiguity, organized and detail oriented in a high growth environment where accuracy is crucial
• Skilled at building trust at all organizational levels and work collaboratively to solve problems
• Outstanding communication skills
• Able to handle opposing priorities, balance short-term tactical implementation with longer-term strategic goals
