As a technical 2nd level supporter, you are responsible for the conscientious and customer-oriented processing of technical inquiries regarding our Point of Sale systems. Software piloting and rollouts are just as much a part of your job as software defect management is, in this varied and dynamic environment.
Installing and maintaining Point Of Sale systems, software and interfaces
Liaising with suppliers and coordinating activities with support partners. Creating operating manuals, checklists, and training manuals / materials
Championing daily operational coordination between customers, internal IT and specialist departments (including operational emergencies)
Solving hardware, software, network, and communication problems in POS systems and related applications
Contributing to projects, to the introduction of new services and to extraordinary events
Organizing mass rollouts of terminal software, administration, creating and updating tickets
