Based in Canberra, we have two vacancies available for Finance professionals to join us as an Accounts Payable Officer. We are open to consider both full-time and part-time candidates with hybrid work arrangements.

The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for providing timely and accurate payments to vendors while enforcing and complying with Jones Lang LaSalle’s trust accounting policies and procedures

Invoice Processing and client invoice scanning

Review processing work, monitor accuracy, ensure adherence to policies and procedures – addressing any issues

Ensure the application of adequate and appropriate internal controls

Process development and identify any potential areas of improvement

Following accounting principles and industry regulations on a daily basis

Please note that you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident in order to comply with our client’s requirement with the ability to gain and retain relevant security clearance.
