This role serves as a field-based operational partner focused on post-opening performance, ongoing operational success, and continuous improvement across an assigned business unit. This role requires strong coaching, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment.
