About the role
We have an exciting position for a dynamic, proactive, passionate recruiter wanting to become vital member of our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will be responsible for being the primary and first point of contact for candidates considering a career with CPA.

These roles will be aligned to the Therapy Services (Allied Health) portfolio. This role requires the Talent Acquisition Consultant to source, recruit and build talent pools to find ‘right-fit’ talent required to meet CPA’s current and future resourcing requirements.

This position will be based in our state-of-the-art Head Office at Allambie Heights and will be reporting directly to one of our highly experienced Business Partners in Talent Acquisition.

To be successful you will need:

• Exceptional communication, customer service and negotiation skills, where you will have past experience being responsible for finding the best talent in the market, not just the best available talent,

• Demonstrated experience using an ATS (essential) and Workday (Desirable),

• Minimum of two (2) years recruitment experience in either an agency or internal role,

• Be creative by nature, where problem solving and thinking outside the square comes easily to you,

• Proven experience talent pooling, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent, Social Media and attending networking events,

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Licenses/certifications required:

• NSW Driver’s License (minimum P2)
