Your duties will include:
Entering invoices from vendors in DAX, and monthly expenses for employees.

Issuing casing credits and adjustments to stores.

Process warranties.

Closing open work orders in DAX and GTRACS.

Daily movement journals

Entering inventory

Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and monthly inventory counts.

Assisting production by searching and identifying casings that do not scan.

Answering emails and phone calls from stores.

Entering employee hours and shift differentials for payroll.

Ensuring all associates complete the appropriate training modules necessary for the job.

Assisting the manager with employee disciplinary reports.

Process all new associate records as required by payroll, and to create plant personnel files.

Daily entering of the Production Planning Report.

Receive incoming retreads into DAX, when needed.

Invoicing stores and customers for orders in DAX.

Scan documents into EDMS

Tracking and invoicing OTR.

Coordinate plant activities

Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire

Special projects and other duties as assigned

What does it take to get on track?

High School Diploma

Post secondary education is an asset

Previous experience in a manufacturing office setting

Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision; this includes organization, time management and problem solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.

A customer service approach with the ability to meet deadlines and provide solutions to time sensitive matters,

Inventory control.

Analyzing information.

Proficient at Microsoft Office
