NCH Software enjoys continued success with a global customer base. We currently have offices in both Canberra, Brisbane and Colorado, and have a new team in Varsity Lakes. In Australia, our focus is on audio and video products including music, midi, notation, recording, mixing and animation and machine learned AI multimedia systems. We are constantly working on new and exciting features to implement across our range of products and our developers enjoy seeing the output of their work in real life applications.

As well as the core aspects of your role, we are looking for passionate developers who love what they do, generate ideas, solve problems and create solutions.

Essential Skills:

• Solid C and C++ skills, knowledge of C++ internals, common algorithms and data structures
• Work independently while developing effective, maintainable code
• Contribute feedback to functional and technical specifications
• Promote knowledge sharing, positivity and creativity
• Code quickly, we focus on constant small improvements that make a big impact over time

We have positions open at mid levels at these levels.

• Mid level developers. 2 – 5 years commercial experience using C/C++.

Desirable Skills (not essential but please mention) for any level position.

• Win32, Cocoa, iOS or Android
• Audio signal processing
• Video or image processing
• Machine learning neural networks
• HTML, JavaScript
• Interest in audio, video or graphics
