We are now looking for people who are interested in casual employment to help support our Future Students teams. Please note that hours will fluctuate during off-peak and peak periods.
The Role
Day-to-day tasks of a Future Students Officer will include:
Answering course enquiries from international and domestic students
Deliver exceptional experience in every interaction
Be diligent in recording interactions and following up with enquiries
Providing accurate & relevant information in an efficient manner
Preparing for and attending events
Other duties as required
Selection criteria
Have a genuine passion to help students transform their lives through higher education
A positive attitude and strong advocate of ECU
Strong communication/ interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service
Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
Valid working rights in Australia
Ideally have experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or similar
You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry and Personal Excellence.
Benefits & Remuneration
This casual position attracts a remuneration of $37.73 per hour plus superannuation.
