Responsibilities of the Sr Accountant/Controller- Owner’s Assistant

• Accounts Payable: processing invoices, payment of invoices, bank reconciliations, monthly and quarterly taxes
• Accounts receivable: daily deposits, credit card processing
• Human Resources/Payroll: using a 3rd party payroll service.
• Assist new employees with onboarding and related paperwork
• Research and choose a competitive group benefits plan which will address employee needs
• Provide financial information to the outside CPA for year-end close

Desired Qualifications for the Sr Accountant/Controller- Owner’s Assistant

• A BA or BS in accounting or business and 3-5 years accounting or full charge bookkeeping experience.
• A proactive, high-energy personality
• Proficient in QuickBooks and conversant with MS Office and various reporting and POS systems programs
• The ability to respond to investor inquiries and requests for information regarding accounting and billing
• An interest in growing your career to a CFO level

Compensation for the Sr Accountant/Controller- Owner’s Assistant to $150,000/ annual DOE with full benefits compensation PTO, and a friendly, casual work environment. Hybrid work schedule
