We are a family-oriented entertainment space in search of a Talent Acquisition Manager with experience in the food/entertainment field. People-first concept looking for similar candidates.
Talent Acquisition Manager Requirements:
- Operational background in hospitality – know the business
- Experience in recruiting hourly and management
- Excellent communication skills -written and oral
- Team-oriented and Proactive
- Contribute to the field – ensure succession planning, having key players ready when vacancies are posted
Talent Acquisition Manager Compensation/Benefits:
- $70-80, 000 in base
- 20% bonus based on making those KPIs
