Design and delivery of the full spectrum of talent recruitment activities, from research and sourcing, through interview and offer, and all of the operational and administrative work associated with those activities. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. The incumbent will be managing the team and stakeholder relationships for Power businesses in Europe, including demand planning, resource planning as well as operational excellence and performance.
