Reporting to the Director of Human resources, the Healthcare Talent Acquisition Manager will work a Monday through Friday schedule onsite, to the health organizations recruitment team. Responsibilities of the Healthcare Talent Acquisition Manager include supporting physicians, leaders, and recruiters to attract top talent to join the organization, update HR policies, guidelines and procedures accordingly, ensure hospital, local, state and federal regulatory compliance is maintained, and be the HR and talent acquisition resource for the healthcare organization.
The Healthcare Talent Acquisition Manager must hold a bachelor’s degree focused in human resources, business or related field, previous HR experience ideally in a healthcare setting, previous management experience, and the ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule at the health organization’s main campus.
