The Recruiter II is primarily accountable for executing the full life cycle recruitment process and achieving high volume staffing targets. This role builds strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, executes creative and effective staffing solutions while delivering a positive customer experience (internal and external).

Essential Activities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand and staff current and future hiring needs
• Use a variety of sources to pre-qualify resumes, screen candidates and present qualified applicants to hiring managers
• Collaborate with team members and hiring leaders on finding solutions for recruiting challenges Evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing techniques for assigned roles and adjust, as necessary
• Deliver frequent communication, provide feedback and insights to assist hiring managers in the selection process
• Maintain or exceed established KPIs
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment process
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, including legal compliance
• Complete projects, upon request
• Actively contribute and participate in the continuous improvement processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
• 1+ years of sourcing experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities
• Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and personal accountability
