Head of Talent Acquisition

Expert Technical Solutions has an immediate opening for a Head of Talent Acquisition with one of our premier clients in Atlanta, GA. This is a Direct Hire position with excellent benefits offered.

Our client is a 500+ person company that is publicly traded and rapidly growing. This position reports to the VP of HR and will manage a team of 5 recruiters.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
• Proactively identify and address hiring needs
• Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures
• Manage, train, coach and mentor a team of recruiters
• Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates
• Oversee and improve overall candidate experience
• Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
• Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand
• Participate in our company’s strategic planning regarding talent acquisition and retention
• Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting software
• Continuously evaluate and refine process efficiency as the company continues to grow
• Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors
• Implement online and offline employer branding activities
• Partner with Financial Planning and Analysis to track and budget new positions
• Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
• Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
• Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire and implement initiatives based on this information
• Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to qualify requisitions and develop a strategy to attract talent and maintain communication throughout full life cycle
• Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIn prospecting and/or job board postings
• Oversee vendor relations, including offshore vendors in South America and Ireland

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Head of Talent Acquisition or similar senior-level HR position
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the proven ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
• Good knowledge of labor legislation for recruiting-related compliance
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while successfully meeting established goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience working with remote teams, preferred
• Ability to build and sustain a strong network of talent.
• Passion for great candidate and customer experience
• A proven track record of success in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with multiple competing priorities
• Proficiency with ATS systems and best practices (e.g. Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
• Ability to travel up to 20%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
