NSPCC Hiring for Finance Analyst Job at London, England Full Time

Reporting to the Head of Management Accounts, the role will include:

• Creating and maintaining forward looking financial models.
• Preparing regular management reporting for use across all levels of the organisation through to Board of Trustees.
• Designing and improving financial reports and templates.
• Being actively involved in the design and implementation of the forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Working to make better use of financial systems, including maintenance and improvement of TM1 and SQL based reporting.

The successful applicant will have:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Substantial experience in manipulating large and complex data sets.
• The ability to think creatively and employ skills to solve problems and streamline processes.
• Excellent, advanced Excel skills and ideally experience and aptitude with TM1, SQL and VBA/Macros.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A strong understanding of accounting principles and practice, with a relevant degree. Either part or fully qualified preferred.

The role will initially incorporate a regular mix of home and office based working, although we will consider candidates who prefer to work full time from our London office.
