The primary responsibilities of this position are to support the operational needs of the Talent Acquisition team to attract the best candidates possible, while serving as subject matter expert for all recruiting operations, tools, systems, programs, and processes. Will execute recruiting strategies and tactics to support the organization. Will manage projects to improve operational efficiency and data driven decision making across the Talent Acquisition organization. Experienced in Workday Talent is required.
