We are looking for a motivated Sales Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Noida Extension. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with varying levels of experience, from freshers to those with up to five years in sales or marketing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Lead Generation:** Actively identify and reach potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, social media, and networking to generate leads for services and products.
– **Market Research:** Conduct research to understand market trends and customer needs, helping to inform marketing strategies and product offerings.
– **Sales Presentations:** Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing products and services to persuade and close sales effectively.
– **Customer Relationship Management:** Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.
– **Collaboration with Team:** Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies, share insights, and achieve collective goals.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients. A basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is preferred. Candidates should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and CRM software will be an added advantage. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
