This is a role where you can add immense value bringing in direct hires and improving and implementing best practice recruitment processes, with full support of the directors. It’s not a corporate environment by any stretch of the imagination but you’ll be hiring people in a mixture of perm and contract roles working on delivering user-centred digital products for some of the best known brands in the UK on some seriously prestigious projects.
Salary: c. ÂŁ35,000 to ÂŁ45,000+
Location: Bristol
Working pattern: 4 or 5 days per week

Skills & experience you’ll need
If you have experience of working in talent acquisition at a digital agency or consultancy this would be beneficial.
That said, you don’t necessarily need to have worked in-house in talent before. You might be a commercial recruitment consultant with a proven track record of filling digital or technical vacancies.
You’ll be experienced in interviewing candidates and building trust and rapport with them.
You’re confident using a variety of up-to-date candidate attraction methodologies including search, headhunting and advertising.
Passionate and creative, you’ll relish the opportunity to be in a public facing role and write enticing job adverts.
Keen to network at events as well as be actively promoting their vacancies and employer brand on social media.
Experience in both permanent and contract recruitment is important. You’ll be knowledgeable in building talent pools of suitable candidates in different specialisms in case you need to hire freelancers at short notice.
Skilled at building relationships and taking detailed briefs from hiring managers and questioning these briefs in order to define job requirements.
