They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join them.

Location: Remote

Salary: £35- 40k per annum depending on experience

This role will be supporting the growth of the business by delivering a standout candidate experience across all of their companies. With a focus on both corporate and tech recruitment, they are looking for a generalist recruiter that can help support the business as they grow both in the UK and Internationally. You’ll be someone who is excited about building strong relationships internally to help find the best talent across a variety of business areas. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing an active talent pipeline, taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process and using your network to help grow the talent base and fill vacancies at pace! Your primary focus is to recruit new talent to continually support the growth across all locations and businesses within the business.

Our ideal applicant will have/be:
Good IT skills including MS Office and excel.

Experience of using an ATS and an HRIS or CRM, you will understand recruitment and HR metrics and how to leverage social media and the latest recruitment tools and innovations in your industry.

Excellent communication skills, able to build trust and relationships at all levels both Internally and externally to the business.

Flexible and dynamic and able to work productively and effectively with changing business models, resources and plans and objectives.

Good knowledge of HR policies, processes & best practices
