International Logistics & Classification Coordinator | Full-Time

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of experience in an import/export compliance or logistics support role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow direction with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to contribute positively to a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities
- Approve invoices for imports, exports, and domestic/international shipments, ensuring accurate coding and resolving billing issues with carriers
- Assist in coordinating international shipments by preparing documentation, scheduling freight, tracking deliveries, and resolving delays
- Support relationships with freight forwarders and help process international ad-hoc small-package shipments
- Complete logistics portions of item setup, including tariff codes, duties, and pick order
- Assist with trade compliance tasks such as researching duties and harmonized tariff codes, maintaining classification worksheets, updating duty rates in JDE, and supporting regulatory programs (APHIS, TSCA, FDA, USMCA, ADD/CVD)
- Support compliance reviews by helping with audits of shipping processes, item data, documentation accuracy, and duty drawback information
- Assist international 3PL partners with inventory accuracy, new item slotting, cycle counts, and annual inventory processes
- Support the Global Logistics & Warehousing Manager with additional projects and duties as assigned
