Working within Talent Acquisition, your mission will be to attract new talent and launch people in roles that let them shine. Our Sourcing Team is responsible for executing tactical and strategic hiring across stores, headquarters and global pyramids. In partnership with recruiters, talent acquisition leaders and hiring managers, works closely to meet hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies to build a bench of talent for future openings that creates a diverse and inclusive culture at Target.
As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll act as a brand ambassador in the employer marketplace, telling the story of Target as a top choice in a sea of other places to work, and showing to candidates what it’s really like to work somewhere they already love. This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.
Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $65,600k to $118,100k. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
