The MDCOB – home of the largest MBA program in Texas – is accredited by AACSB and enrolls 2,500+ undergraduate and more than 1,000 graduate students. The MGTI Department houses 20 faculty members, 15 of whom are tenure track. Currently, the department offers majors in Management as well as Insurance and Risk Management, in addition to minors in Human Resource Management, Management, and Operations Management.

Qualifications
Candidates positioned for the Assistant Professor position should have a terminal degree in management with a focus in strategy (ABDs will be considered at the Assistant level, with Ph.D. completed by August 2022).
