Executive recruiter required for large public sector organisation based in London. Flexibility inc remote working offered.
Key requirements:
- Exp of working with diversity
- Exp of senior stakeholder engagement, execute senior conversations
- Exp of headhunting and end to end operational delivery
- Corporate experience of working inhouse recruitment
- If from a client background, need experience of working on executive roles
- 90% of recruitment performed externally
- 50 100 hires per annum
- 5 years solid exec recruitment experience
- Will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and support delivery
- Imperative the right candidate brings a sense of energy and can work flexibly to deliver changing deadlines
