Pay Rate: $50.00 per hour, based on experience

Essential Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight to residents throughout the shift
- Perform resident assessments and monitor for changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
- Respond to medical emergencies and make sound clinical decisions as needed
- Supervise and support LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and clinical observations
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to support resident outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
- Promote a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents and staff
Qualifications
- Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or acute care preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to lead and supervise nursing staff effectively
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care
