Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for representing the Spidertech brand and delivering high quality customer service over all customer facing communication channels. Responsibilities include data entry, and responding to standard questions and concerns, and general office/administrative duties. This role is crucial in meeting business objectives and will require frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders including sales/marketing team, operations team, customers, vendors, and shipping carriers.
