Telemarketing Manager – Full Time – Freshers Full Time NEW

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Tele calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining company products/services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain products and services clearly to customers.

Generate and qualify leads.

Follow up with interested customers.

Maintain accurate call records and customer information.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Handle customer queries professionally.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, CRM).

Positive attitude and convincing skills.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Preferred Skills

Telecalling experience in Education, Finance, Insurance, Loan, or Sales industry.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
