Gold Cape Tech Hiring for Career College Online Director at Remote Full Time

A Gold Cape Tech partnership is training founding site directors for placement in a new and upcoming career college division now at its initial stage of staggered roll-out.

This is online career education with limited onsite but active virtual support of students for their timely graduation and job placement.

Admissions and support sites will be located in the tri-county regions of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. Directors locations are not restricted to the mentioned counties as we hope to progressively attract students outside of FL for remote attendance.

The director will operate virtually but with physical presence through full day (or part time) video conferencing platforms. Physical presence required from check in to check out of the business day – similar to checking into a physical site (full time or part time).

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience in private postsecondary, career colleges, or similar schools
• Experience managing admissions, student financial aid, academic departments, and/or career services
• Admissions, sales, digital marketing, and business research backgrounds are a major plus
• Drive, tenacity, and a lets-get-it-done attitude valued

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead all departments onsite (where necessary) and virtual.
• Hire, mentor, coach, and support staff
• Represent the institution at various events, and as a company official
• Review curriculum, promote best practices, harmonize both students and staff
• Restructure or institute department procedures
• Keep upper management apprised of growth or challenges
• Other related responsibilities expected of an executive director

Pay: $20,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
