Bryan University Hiring for Admissions Representative at Tempe, AZ Full Time

As an Admissions Representative at Bryan University, you’ll make connections with prospective students to motivate and inspire them to achieve their educational goals through our industry-focused and career-driven programs. This position requires a strong work initiative as well as a sincere appreciation for people and how they are uniquely motivated. This is a work-from-home position! We can hire in the following states: ARIZONA, FLORIDA, NEVADA, TEXAS, or UTAH.

Responsibilities of the Admissions Representative: *

• Daily outreach via outbound calls, texts, and emails to 100-150 prospective students

• Evaluate prospective student’s academic goals and provide an overview of Bryan University’s educational offerings to assist in the decision-making process

• Facilitate the applicant’s chosen educational pathway by guiding them through the admissions process and promote effective communication between financial aid, student success, and other departments to ensure a seamless experience for the student.

• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and goals.

• Participate in regular professional development, training, and coaching opportunities via 1:1, group settings, and individual activities.

Requirements: *

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in admissions/enrollment, consultative services, sales, or recruiting.

• Demonstrated experience achieving daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and goals

• Must be available to work any shift within our business hours of Operation, which are: Monday-Thursday 7 am to 7 pm and Friday 7 am – 4 pm (Mountain Time).
