The Recruitment Manager will manage, develop, and build a team of Recruitment Consultants to drive and deliver the talent attraction and recruitment services for NHS Professionals including campaigns, screening, processing, and referring relevant applicants into the candidate pipeline using best practice solutions. The post holder is responsible for ensuring only relevant applicants are progressed into the Compliance workstream and continually assesses needs against fulfilment and predicted forecast.
The Recruitment Manager will work alongside the Management Team to assess client requirements, pipeline effectiveness, and deliver an outstanding service to our clients and bank members.
