Natural Power Hiring for Internal Recruiter Job at Remote Full Time

Who are we looking for and why work at Natural Power?

The Recruitment team is a proactive, collaborative and forward-thinking team lead by the Head of Recruitment. The team consists of a Recruitment Coordinator and Recruitment Administrator who assist the Head of Recruitment with all recruitment activity across the wider Fred. Olsen businesses in the UK. Whilst this role reports into the Fred. Olsen Recruitment team, all activity will be for Natural Power. With a number of new and exciting projects coming up within Natural Power, there will automatically be a requirement to increase the overall headcount with the best talent. If you have previous proven experience with a recruiting environment, either in a recruitment agency or as an internal recruiter, this could be the next challenge for you. If you also have experience recruiting within the renewables, construction or environmental industry, we would really like to hear from you.

This role can be based in any of our Scottish offices or remotely.
