Finance Representative and Bookkeeper
Full or Part Time, Year-Round, competitive salary with Benefits
M-F 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Peters Property Management is seeking an individual to assist in the financial aspect of property management of a wide variety of clients throughout the towns of Truro and Provincetown, MA. We seek a highly organized, problem-solving, individual willing to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bookkeeper financial representative must be knowledgeable in excel and possess experience in bookkeeping services. The successful candidate must maintain a high level of customer service and confidentiality while building long-term relationships with clients, vendors & fellow employees..
Responsibilities Include:
· Provide financial reports & budgets for condominiums including preparation of annual budgets & financial recommendations for the next fiscal year
· Processing invoices, deposits, reconciliations etc.
· Processing monthly utility and subsequently submitting invoices to unit owners. · Funding and transferring reserve accounts for all condo associations
· Serve as primary client contact relating to financials accounts
· Provide bookkeeping services to clients and PPM
Minimum Requirements:
Demonstrated proficiency in bookkeeping with at least (2) years of experience.
· Fluency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point
· Availability to occasionally work weekends to attend condo meetings.
· College degree in accounting not required but is preferred
Salary based on experience.
