Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Develop, lead and deliver the People Transformation plan In partnership with the Global People team and WPP Transformation team. Ensuring that the changes are embedded and our teams see a tangible change In the overall employee experience.

Employee Experience – Review and streamline key people processes to deliver a best In class employee experience.
Workday HCM Roll out – – deliver to the WPP guidelines and timelines for Workday HCM. Including effective programme and change management for all stakeholders impacted by the change.
People Dashboard – Develop and embed a global people dashboard – enabling our leadership teams to make informed decisions on key people challenges.
Leadership & collaborative ways of working – This role will work in collaboration with the Global People leadership team and the WPP People Transformation team. The ability to collaborate and work across multiple geographies and cultures will be key. You will need to foster a culture of shared accountability.
Champion of the Ogilvy Culture – As a thought leader you will add value and change the way we work/think/act. You will foster a spirit of innovation and ideas over egos. And ensure respect and inclusion within the HR team and the agency at large
Experience You Bring to the Role:
Transformational business leader – An experienced HR practitioner who has a passion for advocating for people first. You will lead Ogilvy forward with talent at the forefront of your agenda. Ideally, you will have experience leading an agency’s talent transformation at scale, with a history of improving HR processes and platforms
Trusted Partner -extensive ability to lead and collaborate with senior business leaders and well as people professionals across multiple geographies, cultures and agendas, engendering trust and partnership.
Project Management- strong project management skills to ensure various streams and inputs are requested reviewed and actioned in a timely way. Creating timelines that are clear and transparent to enable the regional and local teams to deliver quality inputs.
Systems and data mindset – a people leader experienced in driving consistent processes to improve efficiencies and effectiveness, who understands the importance of data in driving people decisions. Knowledge of the HR technology and infrastructure needed to succeed.
High social and emotional intelligence with experience establishing relationships as a trusted advisor. Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills, great attention to detail as well as excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
